A stereotype is a belief or a behavior that a person might look at about a specific type of person or persons or a specific way of doing things. This belief or behavior may or may not be true to reality. Psychologists believe that some stereotypes argon learned behaviors or influences that mountain adopt from childhood. These beliefs or behaviors come from parents, teachers, peers and the media. Learned stereotypes may be subconscious because this is what we know and dupe seen. Psychologist believes that stereotypes may alleviate us fit in to certain social groups. Stereotypes, in my opinion, hinder a person from seeking the truth.
Stereotyping is a check of everyones lives. A person wills either stereotypically categorize race in groups or they themselves are put in groups. either way these groups do contract the potential to hurt person because they are usually not bases on accuracy. prodigal regimen doers are usually stereotyped. People believe that these workers are on the lower spectrum of the work force. They make minimum wage and are going nowhere. There is a belief that these people have no ambition in life and they are lazy, purblind and not very bright. I have been on the receiving annul of this belief.

I worked as a fast food worker for over 18 years. I started as a fixing employee and worked my way up to a district manager.
