This essay will explore my time while practising to captain the art of taking accurate vital signs at university for this faculty; this has been nothing but a difficult project passim this semester. I had always imagined this would endure been less difficult and jammed filled with excitement, little did I know what was expected of me in order to fulfil this requirement to become a capable nurse, similarly, I have noticed that time keeping is very essential part of the learning process (Bowers et al. 2001).




I have learnt that the skin is the first line of defence but is also the primary route of spreading infections such as MRSA and if not wash or cleaned properly before and after perceive to patients. Failure to do so may result in pathogen being transferred from patient to patient or patients to individuals and could reflect changes of the baseline figures within the host (person), these changes may affect the vital signs and receive changes in the respiratory system, heart rate etc, and any changes may indicate difficulties such as, emphysema, pneumothorax or pneumonia.
